As such, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. We ask all clients to fully understand and agree to this policy before engaging in any of our services.
2. No Guaranteed Results
While our spells and spiritual services are performed with the utmost care, dedication, and expertise, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as spiritual work depends on many factors beyond our control, such as the individual’s faith, energy, and personal life circumstances. Therefore, we do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with results or outcomes that differ from your expectations.
3. Consultation and Guidance
We encourage all clients to engage in an initial consultation before committing to any of our services. During the consultation, we will discuss your needs, expectations, and the nature of the services we provide. This ensures that you are fully informed before proceeding. Once a service is provided, it is considered complete and non-refundable.
4. Physical Products Return Policy
In the event that you purchase physical products such as ritual tools, spiritual baths, or charms, please note the following:
Returns: For any physical product purchased, we offer returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds for Products: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
5. Digital Products and Downloadable Content
For any digital products or downloadable content (e.g., e-books, guides, spiritual instructions), all sales are final. Once the digital product has been delivered, there are no returns or refunds available due to the nature of the product.
